  • Motivated seller seeking majority exit
  • Owner/operator willing to assist transition for a period of several months
  • Capable middle management eager to remain

Financial

  • 3+ year history of continuous profitability
  • EBITDA $0.5 - 2 million
  • EBITDA margin at least 15%

We are not seeking early stage ventures, turnaround situations, or minority investments. 

Industry

  • Growing and profitable
  • Fragmented with no overly dominant competitor(s)
  • Limited exogenous threats like cyclicality, fashion trends, technological obsolescence, or legal, regulatory, and environmental risks
  • Product/service differentiation exists or can be created

We like services and low capital intensity manufacturing/fabrication (but we are interested in other businesses that meet our investment criteria).

  • Privately held, U.S. based business, located within driving distance of the South Carolina Upstate
  • Clear product or service differentiation and a defensible competitive advantage
  • Stable, predictable cash flow from recurring revenue
  • Excellent reputation with a loyal, diversified customer base
